These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with the 555k platform. 555k (https://555k.click) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. 555k reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure accounts are used properly. You may be asked to provide a photo of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until KYC is completed.

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• A bet cannot be changed once placed — it is final upon confirmation.
• If a bet fails to complete due to an internet outage, it will be automatically cancelled and the amount returned to your balance
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 555k reserves the right to void that bet.
• Bets showing signs of suspicious activity or match-fixing will be cancelled and investigated

4.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets are void and stakes are refunded
• If the result is determined by the DLS method, bets will be settled according to that result
• If a match is abandoned with no result, all bets will be refunded.
• In-play bets placed on an event that has already occurred will be settled accordingly

4.3 Minimum & Maximum Bet

Higher betting limits may apply for VIP members.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳50,000 (standard members)
• A registered mobile number is required for withdrawals
• Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not accepted
• KYC verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• If a chargeback or fraud is confirmed, the account will be closed immediately and the balance forfeited.

• Betting linked to match-fixing or any form of manipulation
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Managing an account on behalf of someone under 18
